Creating a world-class customer experience for all existing and potential customers, through review of customer needs, trouble-shooting issues, selling solutions, and closing the sale
Responding to inbound inquiries from existing and potential customers related to web hosting and technical assistance of all products and services
Managing customer loyalty and retention
Selling of all products and services
Providing a patient, empathetic, and conversational experience for all customers
Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and creatively work to find the right solutions
Independently utilize all tools and resources to proactively ensure customer inquires and issues are fully resolved

Saturday -Wednesday (*Subject to change to based on client needs) 12pm-10pm EST
** Client requests agents service (5 hours) required on a Sunday or Saturday or a combination of both **
Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
